Terms and Conditions for Filling Application Form
BCA-IT and BIT Programs
All candidates are required to carefully read and adhere to the following terms and conditions prior to filling the application form for the entrance examination:
1. Application Submission
- The application form for the entrance examination shall be considered valid only for candidates seeking admission to Khwopa Engineering College (KhEC) under the allocated 90% of total enrollment capacity.
- Applications submitted through any other medium (manual submission, email, or offline methods) shall not be accepted.
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or improperly submitted applications shall be deemed invalid and will not be processed.
2. Application Requirement for Admission
- All applicants seeking admission to Khwopa Engineering College (KhEC) must mandatorily fill out the application form exclusively through the official Purbanchal University (PU) web portal: entrance.puexam.edu.np.
- Apply through entrance.puexam.edu.np only during the admission period.
3. Scholarship Policy
- Scholarships shall be awarded in line with the provisions set forth in the KhEC Scholarship Policy, 2083/84.
- To be considered for admission under scholarship categories—Reserved (5% of seats) and Merit Based (Open) (5% of seats)—candidates must mandatorily appear in the Entrance Examination administered by the PU Faculty of Science and Technology (PUFoST).
- Applications for Reserved and Merit Based (Open) Scholarship consideration must also be submitted through the PU portal at entrance.puexam.edu.np.
- Other Scholarship catagories:
- Scholarships based on passed academic performance
- Scholarship for +2 Graduates from Public Schools
- Scholarship for Disadvantaged Students
- Special Scholarship for Outstanding Sports Achievers
4. Admission Policiy
- All admissions shall be conducted strictly in accordance with the KhEC Admission Policy, 2083/84.
5. Final Decision
The decision of the KhEC Admission Committee regarding matters of admission and scholarship shall be considered final, conclusive, and binding upon all applicants.
